About the Job
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour.
Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hurontario St. & Hwy 401).
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday.

Hours:
- Training: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Regular Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM once the employee requires less supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
- Production Line & Quality Inspection: Inspect finished products on the production line to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine quality checks, pack products efficiently, and stack finished items safely.
- Box Making & Labelling: Assemble boxes and apply the appropriate product labels.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production logs and records as required.
- Housekeeping & Cleaning: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Perform general cleaning duties as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Previous production, packaging, or warehouse experience is an asset but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to inspect products carefully and identify quality issues.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, pack products, and safely stack finished goods.
- Personal Attributes: Reliable, punctual, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Language Requirements: Basic English proficiency is required. Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Tagalog language skills are considered an asset but are not required.
